The employees are not so nice, specially in therestaurant. They offer a lunch for 9500 pesos, but the food was running out.

Spacious room with a balcony and a big window showcasing an incredible view. the location is top-notch, the bed is super comfortable, and the bathroom is large. 🌟

Clean hotel, and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, location was unbeatable on the shore of Lake Llanquihue. Dinner and breakfast food was good! Had great-sized and airy room complete with fantastic views and nice view and a jacuzzi. Location: the venue was just next door to the town centre as well as the foothills of the Andes.

Shower was not as hot as wish for a cold place like Puerto Varas.

The location is just right, only a short walk away from Yunge House, and we had a room with a bathtub.

Is quite noisy. If you have difficult to sleep this can be a problem. The room itself and the bathroom are small but we stayed for 3 nights and it was ok.

The venue has huge rooms with fantastic views, a jacuzzi and attentive staff. The breakfast is marvellous with healthy food, has great food.

We had an amazing experience staying at this venue. The location on the edge of the lake was absolutely stunning. We loved being able to wake up to the breathtaking views every morning. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient for us to explore the surrounding area.

I had an excellent stay at a lovely hotel with a stunning lake view. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good assortment of options. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is convenient, right in the center of town and by the lake, allowing easy access to restaurants and shops. The breakfast is fantastic, with a good assortment of healthy options and fresh fruit.
